Charles Cross Joins Munich Center for Mathematical Philosophy

Professor Charles Cross was recently accepted as an external member of the newly established Munich Center for Mathematical Philosophy at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. Chuck has spent several weeks in Munich each of the past two summers where he gives multiple talks and participates in MCMP programs. The MCMP is devoted to the applications of logical and mathematical methods to all kinds of philosophical problems ranging from epistemology and philosophy of science to metaphysics, the philosophy of language, ethics, and political philosophy. Chuck Cross has recently published articles in Analysis, Pacific Philosophical Quarterly, and Mind and he has been appointed to the editorial boards of The Journal of Philosophical Logic and American Philosophical Quarterly.
